It’s been a crazy couple of months since the RPM Naperville event in October. It’s time for a Resin Car Works update.
Things have slowed down a bit as RCW head honcho Frank Hodina has been recovering from a stroke and a couple other health issues. This has affected several aspects of the business. If you have sent an email or an order, please be patient. Frank has been working on RCW issues a couple of times each week but he tires quickly. Recovery will take some time.
There were a couple of new kits released and sold at RPM Naperville. We hope to announce those for sale on the RCW website soon. The extras page for one kit is done and another is nearly ready. Those extras pages and links will be announced here on the blog as soon as they are ready.
Let’s take a moment to reflect on our own health at this time. Many of us are feeling the mileage more than the years. We encourage you to check in on friends to see how they are doing. A modeling project update or layout discussion can lift the spirits, too. Winter can be tough on many of us. Please be aware of your own health.
Lastly, the Resin Car Works website has been upgraded to a secure HTTPS connection. Many browser security systems flag those sites with just the HTTP connection as “dangerous”. The update includes this blog address and the Tahoe Model Works page.
Subscribe to the Resin Car Works blog so you don’t miss a new model announcement. Add your email address to the Subscribe function at the bottom of the page.
Questions and comments can be posted below. Please follow the instructions so your comment can be posted. All comments are reviewed and approved before they appear. Share the blog link with other model railroaders.
