Resin Car Works has released a new resin freight car kit for a 6,500 gallon capacity UTLX tank car. This new kit is an update of a Sunshine Models kit produced in 2003 from Frank Hodina’s masters.

Jerry Hamsmith and his modeling gang have been busy with another group build. This time, they are working on a Resin Car Works Louisville & Nashville steel gondola. Here’s Jerry with the report.

It’s time for me, RCW web guy Eric Hansmann, to make a blog post. I’ve had several of these Red Caboose HO scale plastic boxcar kits in my stash for years. I needed more Baltimore & Ohio boxcars for my 1926 fleet, so it was time to build a couple. I started these earlier in 2021 and just finished weathering them, eight months later.
