It’s been a quiet summer as the Resin Car Works minions have been busy planning the Railroad Prototype Modeler (RPM) Naperville event set for October 16 to 18. Visit the website for more details.
RPM Naperville has thirty-seven speakers giving a wide variety of topics at the event. The vendor and model display rooms will be a buzzing hive of activity over the course of the event. In addition to all the RPM planning, Resin Car Works has been preparing new kits.
A special mini-kit for a Frisco 50-foot, single-sheathed automobile box car is a gift for the first 100 RPM Naperville registrants. HO scale resin details and a decal sheet can transform an MDC/Roundhouse kit. Only a few remain at this writing.
A double-sheathed Northern Pacific box car kit will be released. These were long-lived cars in the NP fleet.
Early and late decal art have been created to cover the herald changes.
A couple more surprises are in the works. We hope to see you at RPM Naperville this October.
